Kristian Dijkstra Director

  • Over 18 years’ experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Significant experience in acquiring and disposing of hotels in the last 10 years.
  • Involved in the asset management over the last eight years of hotels with a total capital value of £800 million.
  • Operational, market and financial feasibility studies and underwriting experience as well as eight years of asset management experience.
  • Oversees the asset management working together with investors to maximise their investment and representing their interests.
